We want to ensure the best possible experience when working with the Czech Literary Bibliography databases. That’s why, alongside major updates, we’re continuously implementing a range of smaller but practical new features to help you find exactly what you need.
One of the recent improvements is the option to filter records by the specific newspaper supplements in which they were published. This feature is useful especially when researching articles known to appear in a particular supplement – there’s no need to search through an entire periodical. It also helps track supplements that have moved between different newspapers over time.
A good example is Orientace, which began appearing in Mladá fronta Dnes in September of last year after the print version of Lidové noviny was discontinued. Thanks to the new “Supplement” filter, you can now view articles from both titles at once.
