Vojtěch Malínek from the CLB gained new experience in the field of digital humanities from the training in Vienna.
In the second week of June, a specialized training called “ExploreCor: Using Programmable Corpora in Computational Literary Studies” was held, organized for several years by the Computational Literary Studies Infrastructure (CLS INFRA).
In this year’s workshop, our colleague had the opportunity to try out other tools for research in the digital humanities. For example, he was interested in DraCor for researching dramatic texts and Gephi for working with graphs.
In a video made by the organizers of the training, our colleague also talked about how such a training event can be useful for the continuous improvement of our databases.
