On Monday, we welcomed first and second year students from the Institute of Slavonic Philology at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Prague, for whom we organized a tour of the Institute’s library and a presentation focused on the use of our databases and the VuFind search interface in writing final theses.
The students were particularly interested in the research tips that will help them not only to find suitable sources, but also to discover possible ciphers and pseudonyms of Czech writers whose literary works they are analysing in their bachelor theses.
In the near future we can look forward to new student works on D. Hodrová, O. Pavel, O. Filip, J. Škvorecký, B. Hrabal or M. Viewegh.
